Global Compact Network Switzerland & Liechtenstein is organizing a webinar series on the state of CSR regulation in the EU.
The Global Compact Network Switzerland & Liechtenstein has formed a collaboration with ECOFACT AG to support its members in responding to regulatory change related to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
The regulatory frameworks governing corporate actions in the context of sustainability and corporate responsibility issues are rapidly evolving. After a long period mainly shaped by industry self-regulation, companies now face comprehensive expectations, detailed both in soft law standards and – increasingly – hard law. Examples include the ongoing revision of the EU’s Non-financial Reporting Directive, the upcoming EU Directive on Corporate Due Diligence and Corporate Accountability, and the new Task Force for Nature-related Financial Disclosures.
Join us for the fourth quarterly briefing call in which we will update you on what to expect from the European Union and from international standard setters.
This event is free of charge for United Nations Global Compact Signatories and Participants.
This webinar is held on 2 November 2021 at 3–4 pm Finnish time.
