Join this conference for engaging discussions on the role of human rights and climate in Nordic business.
The Swedish Local Network is inviting all our member companies to this year's Nordic Global Compact Meeting. The overarching themes of the conference are human rights and climate.
Ensuring that the coming generations can live and prosper in a healthy environment is a human right. With the 10-year anniversary of the Children's Rights Business Principles (CRBP) this year, the conference will shed light on how businesses must place children’s rights and a just transition in the heart of responsible business.
Collaborations are crucial to fulfil the Global Goals in time. Therefore, the conference will focus especially on enabling networking, the sharing of experiences, and the formation of strategic Nordic partnerships for sustainability. All of these are crucial for us to stay below the 1.5-degree target without compromising social and economic sustainability.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format. The entire programme will be available for physical attendance, and a few parts of the programme will be streamed digitally.
Please get in touch with us at UN Global Compact Network Finland if you have questions about the 2022 Nordic Global Compact Meeting.
