The International Organisation of Employers (IOE), Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) and the UN Global Compact are co-organising a digital conference on 8 December on how to make the COVID-19 recovery process a reboot for female entrepreneurship and leadership.
The event will feature the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations H.E. Amina J. Mohammed as keynote speaker, and will bring together the voices of multi-generational leaders from the private and public sectors through dialogue, in order to share, discuss and establish a footprint for collaboration around three key areas:
1. Women leading in solidarity for sustainable livelihood and shaping leadership.
2. Obstacles and opportunities to breaking through the corporate glass ceiling.
3. WOMENpreneurs-challenging the orthodoxies.

This webinar will explore how those in the construction industry can embed just transition principles into corporate reporting, aligning with frameworks such as TCFD and CSRD. Speakers will discuss setting measurable goals, improving transparency, and strengthening governance and accountability for long-term impact.
